Shipping
UK: Shipping to the UK. We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours Monday – Friday. International: If you live abroad and would like to purchase a product from Fiona Sherlock Smith Design we can advise shipping costs to your location. Buyers are responsible for any customs tariffs, handling charge or VAT incurred.
Delivery
If you have any special time requirements for delivery please get in touch with us.
For all orders we use the Royal Mail ‘track & trace’ and “guaranteed” service. All orders are ‘signed for’. Please provide a secure delivery address. We are not liable for orders lost due to inaccurate address details. If we are delivering to a business/institution address Fiona Sherlock Smith Design shall be deemed to have delivered your order to the intended recipient by having it signed by staff at that address. We don’t deliver to a P.O. Box Number. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to the recipient being unavailable, or not contacting their local sorting office within a reasonable time to arrange collection or re-delivery.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied and there is a genuine fault with the product we offer a replacement or return policy. The condition of the product will be inspected upon return before refund. Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and be in a new and unused condition.
Postage
UK postage:fully tracked, traced, guaranteed and signed for – cost £20
OVERSEAS postage: fully tracked. traced, guaranteed and signed for – costed individually.
Postage Fees
All postage fees are at the buyer’s cost. We would advise to use a trackable shipping service. We would suggest you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service provider as this will make it easier to follow the return shipment if needed.
Transport Damage
If the product is lost or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to us.
Want to switch to another product ?
Return the product you have received and send us an e-mail telling us which product you want instead. Postage fee policy would apply.
Bespoke custom-made Eiderdowns
As per www.fionasherlocksmith.co.uk and if ordered, bespoke custom – sized eiderdowns are non returnable, so please take care with your measuring.
Acknowledgement & acceptance of bespoke eiderdown order
Notification will first be made via e-mail to confirm receipt of your order which will include confirmation of the design details and measurements. Once this has been agreed, this will constitute your acceptance of the order which will lead to it being made. Once complete, your order will be dispatched and Fiona Sherlock Smith Design will e-mail you again to confirm dispatch.
